By creating an account or using Trusted Football Tickets, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

We are a secondary marketplace for football tickets and complete experiences. Prices are set by sellers and may be above or below face value depending on demand.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Fake accounts or accounts in others' names are prohibited.

Payment is processed by Stripe, in USD. The platform retains a 15% commission on the seller price. Delivery is by Face ID, e-ticket/QR or host, as shown on the listing.

If a match is canceled and not rescheduled, you are covered by our 100% Guarantee. Other conditions follow the listing and applicable law.

Sellers must hold resale rights, keep accurate stock and prices, and fulfill delivery. Payouts follow the post-event cycle and may be held if there is an issue.

Fraud, use of others' data without authorization, abusive automation, unauthorized resale, and any violation of law or third-party rights are forbidden.

Trademarks, crests and content belong to their owners. Use on the platform grants you no rights.

We act as an intermediary. We are not liable for sellers' exclusive acts or events beyond our control, subject to consumer rights.

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
