Account: name, email, phone and language.

Orders: purchased items, amounts, event participants and ID document when required for entry (e.g., Face ID).

Payment: processed by Stripe — we never store card data.

Usage: access logs, IP and essential cookies for authentication and security.

Contract performance: create accounts, process orders, deliver tickets and provide support.

Legal/regulatory obligation: invoicing and record-keeping.

Legitimate interest: fraud prevention and platform security.

Consent: optional communications and non-essential cookies, where applicable.

Partner sellers, as needed to fulfill and deliver the order.

Processors: Stripe (payments), email/SMS and infrastructure/storage providers, under contract.

Authorities, when required by law or court order.

Some processors may handle data outside Brazil. We use contractual safeguards consistent with applicable law for such transfers.

We keep data while the account exists and for applicable legal/tax periods (e.g., order/financial records). After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
